The hotel staff at this place were extremely helpful and respectful, making our stay in this hotel very enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the Old Town, trams, and bus stops. The rooms were nicely decorated and always kept spotlessly clean, with fresh towels provided every day. The highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace where we had breakfast, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and sea.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the early check-in, triple room, and hot water with a well-functioning shower. The complementary toiletries were a nice touch, and the quiet room made for a peaceful stay. The location near shopping and the airport bus route was very convenient.

The view from the rooftop terrace was amazing! We had an amazing breakfast with fine views of the mountains and sea. The staff were also very helpful and polite, always greeting us with a smile in the morning. The location was perfect, close to the marina, shops, bus and tram stops. We were able to explore the city easily and conveniently.
The hotel was in need of maintenance, with dirty walls and things breaking.

The location was excellent, close to the marina, old city and Ataturk Park. The staff, including Mr Burakcan Demirkaya, Mr Arif Sakir Kök, Mr Isiksel Demirci, and Mrs Fahriye Gün, were kind and helpful. The service provided was the best we've experienced, assisting with trips, transportation, and early check-in. The hotel also offered free coffee 24/7 and a sauna. The room, breakfast, and beach were all enjoyable.
